Pin finder connection problem - GSM-Forum

Dear sir i cannot connect pinfinder when i open pin finder exe it says dongle not found connect dongle and restart software,one green led is glowing.

I need ur help to solve the problem

Same problem here, there are solution on forum, but not tested I think. I think InfinityBox should research why this problem is becoming very common. Maybe the cable damaged?

this error not related to pin finder,
even without pin finder i dont see this error.
but without infinity box always this error.
check ur infinity box connection.

Hello,

You need to connect PinFinder to Infinity-Box. Also other Infinity-Box application should be closed.

I cleaned the RJ connector and now it is running perfectly.
