help me in infinity box and pin finder


hello,
i have this problem message this is a message from dongle manager :

Identification check error: Server reported error:[0034] Dongle and database data mismatch, errorcode #02. Contact to [email protected]

and i don't find program pin finder adapter in support,
help me please

And today at 09-24 you are crying that you did not got any reply yet.

Please, tell me, WHEN we must reply to you ?
Do we need to make it at 6-00 or at 5-30 ?
Tell me, when you go to sleep yesterday and when you wake up today ?

I am waiting for your explanation.

your dongle details in public forum
