Go to software "Flash" page: "Firmware (code)": checked "File system": un-checked "Alchemy data": un-checked "Eeprom": un-checked 2. Load full flash file via "Load Firmware (code)" button "Format FFS": un-checked "Smart write": checked "Keep calibration area": un-checked 3.
