Help me Infinity Team


Hy there pls help me to unlock an SE R306.I use J100 cable but when I click on ĻSp UnlockĻ nothing happend.I donīt know why.I try with 2 cable(J100 & K750)but nothing.Here is the log:

COM5 [VCP0] selected
module v1.38
Device: Sony-Ericsson-R306
"advanced chip detection" active
Action: unlock
Checking data, wait...
Boot ...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !

and I keep pressed power buton for 3-5 min but nothing.Please if you can help me or tell me what Iīm doing wrong.When I connect the cable the phone baterry is charging.

Recheck your cable and mobile connector.
Use J100 cable that comes with Infinity box.

J100 cable that come with the box I use but nothing, I recheked cable and mobile conector and the same. I have the box from 2 month and I dont think that the cable have problem.This mean that the phone have a problem?Could you help me with other suggestion?Please.

If your cable is good then there should be some problem with the phone, check your phone for hardware issues for not connecting to the software.
