Help me infinity team for privicy lock - GSM-Forum

i have intex aqua 3g with privicy lock and i am unable to find the lock
please help me here is the log:

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

take backup , and then try format , i hope your problem will be solved

Until Read Info not done successfully - it will not work. It is for NAND phones.

Did you read update logs and some NAND basics?
NAND - Read Info , when done - make any other. Follow logs after.

i have its og flash file but i bought infinity support today to test this handsets working or not
i appreciate if product supporters respond to this

Make : Read Info ( with Settings - Other - NAND init from Auto to P3 ) - and let me check all 4 logs after.

Follow what Mr Jaydi said
Without logs they can not help you
