Member: 505446 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 45 | Sir! i studied that manual and specially i followed the page number 20 and remove the diode and made that jumper shortening the two points but still i am recieving the message too many retries and pinfinder not found.  what i have to do now?and pls let me know that if i need pinfinder adapter or just pinfinder is enough to conect my phones? Can't find adapter... too many retries... searching adapter at com1.... ............ Then it shows me a warning window and tell that pin finder adapter not found. but some other times it detects the adapter and when i click on next,it says "module serial number is already registerd,contact infinity.....".The log is as follows. ----------Process started: 1:21:39 PM---------- DongleManager version: 1.32 Locating server... Server address found#1 Connecting to server#1... Server connection successfully established S/N: 6xxxxxB, Firmware: 0116.02 Authenticating on server... Authentication successfull Checking DongleManager version... Your DongleManager is up-to-date Checking Dongle Identification... Dongle Identification checked Activating module... Module-04 S/N: 50303DC8Fxxxxxxxxxx864BB90A Module check error: Server reported error:[0044] Module S/N is already registered.
