You are COMPLETELY wrong, it's not a server problem but user's problem !

There is no reason to try on another PC, the only thing that should be done is: read FAQ F.A.Q., Contacts, Supported models, Cables/pinouts

iit whasent server problem the problem whas i have shared conection for vigis and after that dosent whork.thanks

Hello,

It was my mistake that I was too late and did not blocked your account fast.
Next time I'll be more fast and account will be blocked much faster.
I hope this lesson will be useful for people who post dongle details or public use.

My final warning for people who want to post dongle data in forum: in future we will block dongles for 1 month if we will see that users share their dongle details in forum for public use.
If users has zero understanding we must be strong and protect dongles (and private information) of our small babies (our dear users) and as a good parents we must be so strong as possible.

So final warning: dear babies, please, do not post your dongle details in forum in other case your dongles will be blocked for 1 month !

As i seen there's every product restrict about show the dongle serial no's with public.But need to know whats the problem could be done due to share devices ids.just asking for more information.

Possible problems is the same as you share your credit card number for public use.
Example: if you share your dongle details do not be surprised if one day your box and account will be blocked (f.e. just because somebody contacted to us and asked to block stolen or damaged box). It is very interesting to know for me how you can prove that you are real owner of box in this kind of situation.

Anyway, all my previous words is just a stupid warnings, just ignore it and never ask my advices in future.
Also I suggest you to make this right now: please, post here your credit card photo (two sides), attach your photo and your home address and phone No, do not forget to include in your message login/pass for Internet bank and probably something else will be interesting for other people.
Please, do it as soon as possible, we will be glad to see in current thread personal data and happy faces of happy Infinity-Box users.

Ok Got it infnity team what is the actual reasons.I just ask this question for information because some body told me that if we post dongle serail's etc... then the hackers can easily carack the box bla bla......
