What this mean?? my box show this

As I remember this box was reported as stolen.

yes bos..a view month my box was stolen,but i can get it back.then now some one out from her job..
now my froblem is" my box olways say blocked dongle erorr #33 and when i run program like huawei they show me like this>> send receive erorr bla bla.
i finish upgrade dongle but only a view minutes my box show againt blocked dongle erorr #33...
so what should i do?? please i need this box to do my job.
thanks team i hope you can fix my truble.

Hello,

We can unblock dongle, but we have to get an e-mail with unblock request from person who have registered box.
So please, send to us an e-mail from the same e-mail address that was used during box registration and we will send you back an instruction what to do.

did you remember me? when i am posting in GSMHOSTING first time when my box was stolen, and i am reporting with this email?? did you remember?

this first i am report tou you when my box missing or stolen.
on day first i reporting to you i use my LAPTOP/NOTEBOOK but my LAPTOP hade broken and i cant fix becouse is to old, and i buy some new PC or COMPUTER.

Yes, sure, no problem, we remember all users personally and all posts that was made by each user.
But to be honest I did not understand how is that thread may helps.

Here is an instruction what to do to unblock the box:

We can unblock dongle, but we have to get an e-mail with unblock request from person who have registered box.
So please, send to us an e-mail from the same e-mail address that was used during box registration (to prove that you are legal box owner) and we will send you back an instruction what to do.

We do not ask your passport, we just want to get a confirmation that you are legal box owner - we have only one way to get confirmation: a message from e-mail address that was entered during initial box activation/registration.

i can remember who email use activation. couse i buy this from some store or salles,i buy this box has done activation what should i do? i dont have any phone number to call salles or reseller,i buy this box about view year a go..i can responsibility about this box if some one had lose and reporting to you, exception same ESN on my box and you can blocked forever and i will never ask you againt or need help from you.
i am the man of first reporting to you that my box was stolen,but why now i found my box againt but i can do anything..please trust me if i am the one of owner box.
