help me problem infinity


dear friend, you can help me
I have infinity dongle and after buying a 2 year update: 2 Years Updates / Support Renew for Infinity-Box / Dongle (Chinese Miracle-2 Included)
Infinity Serial Number
: 7B2A0F64
Once I've reactivated, I have trouble logging in to: https: //user.infinity-box.com/ The program does not want to let me go even further when I enter the password from:
Box / Dongle found: Infinity-Box / Dongle
Serial No (S / N): 7B2A0F64
Firmware version: 0137.02
"UK Edition" status: On
Last launched Application: 0030 v.0158
=> Activations:
- 00: Infinity-Box / Dongle v.0137
- 07: # 7
- 0E: # 14
=> Online Service Account: http://www.infinity-box.com/service
- Username: 007B2A0F64
- Password: IYQFj ...
=> External Activations:
- Hua

I can not sign-you could look at it and help me somehow.

the following problem I have to log on to the hua box after I run I get a smart card failure i4
I tried to uninstall everything and re-install it on 2 pc apodo that same

I will be very happy to help you somehow.

Update dongle firmware now with DongleManager.
To avoid future problems please use LATEST fixed Hua software - http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f930...error-2431466/


errors #7, #14 - it's name of activated software but not an error code

What is the result ?
the login is still reshaping after the retart
error 4 on the hua box ok after uploading the update vs dongle manager

just this registration does not work

you have requested password recovery e-mail several times but you never followed the instruction from it.
check your mailbox and also spam/junk folder !

it looks like your mailserver block some e-mail messages.
in this case you have a reason to change password recovery e-mail f.e. to gmail
