PLEASE TEAM HELP ME TO REPAIR MY BOX

I TRY TO SOLDER PINOUTS FOR N73 & now bouth of lead red & green are on & no usb to serial in "Device Manager" in system

i recommend to reintall the operating sysytem again.

check the drivers on infinity support site instal them if not works then also post here i shall help u .... Best OF Luck!!!

some thing goes wrong with it !!

open it and check ....... BURNING etc

yes definately its hardware problem . open infinity check ftdi ic check that it heating or not if heating then u have to replace this ic .

otherwise u have to contact ur resaller for this if ur infinity is in warrenty period

thanks to all i think it ftdi probleme it become heat after few sec any other way to check it

Hello,

In most cases you need to replace "FT232" chip in box.
Also you can use any other cables with Infinity-Box software.
