Firmware updating error - GSM-Forum

i used first time Dongle manager V1.16 but always updating error like this

Locating Emeralda server...
Emeralda server address found.
Connecting to Emeralda server...
Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.

how can I solve this problem?

hello!

error 10060 means internet problem on your side.
please disable firewall or antivirus which can limit your access to internet and try again

i got the same problem i have disabled both antivirus & firewall but same problem . what should i do ?

hello!

try again, now should work.
this was our provider fault, server was offline for 2 hours
