my login&passwd forgotten what can i do

what you can do:

1. you can read information in support area and login in support area fast:
http://www.infinity-box.com/download/index.php

2. you can just visit www.infinity-box.biz and login in support area w/o any password

I have read my login with dongle manager, but after copy/paste user and pass in login area dont acept....last week was ok....check this bug in ur manual support area pls...

please, enter login/pass manually, no need to make copy/pase. Hope this easy procedure can fix bug and you can login this week too.

LOL...I already made this...but no problem I have used automatic support area r ok.....im only reporting an bug(thinks i) in manual support area.

I didnt got this prob I alwasy copy and past user name with out prob
But Infinity team had solved this prob forver introducing automatic support area W/O user name pass.
