HELP with my HUG Q-23 can't find with my pinfinder!


i already tried to my pinfinder still no result for detection,any other solution or pinout for this phone? is pinfinder supported this hug Q-23..THANKS INFINITY SUPPORT TEAM for your response..

hello!

lets start from checking what CPU it is based.
you either can do this by disassembling phone or by typing *#0044# and pressing green (send) button.
if you will see "language set: english"- you can be sure, that this phone is supported by Infintiy software

i dissambled the phone & here the details of cpu i think:

MT62226BA
0726-BOAL
CP3N91

is this supported to pinfinder?
can you give me other option or pinout that can be detected by infinity box alone..thanks

hi!

it does'nt power from your pinfinder L12c connector..
but the status of the phone is phone lock code only,how does it is no detection at all and can't find the pinout? is this supported or find the pinout manually. tnx and more power infinity team!

hello!

it doesnt must turn ON from L12c connector.
this cable is only for Tx/Rx
you must connect power "crocodiles" to battery terminals.
have you done that?

hi!

i already tried the procedure u said,but still no pinout found from the pinfinder,what possible reason why this phone can't find the pinout? is there any manual pinout for this? thanks again..

hugo, i have unlocked a hugo having 18p connector, with my L18A cable, pinfinder didnt find phone, i opened and measured voltage, 12 rx 13 tx, then i entered that in pinfinder and it worked perfect.

hello!

this is really strange, that pinfinder did not find pinout.
have you tried to increase "Finder activation tries" value?
