Dongle upgrade: you do NOT need to upgrade dongle every day. When (if) it will be need to upgrade dongle you will see message in updated software: UPGRADE YOUR DONGLE FIRMWARE ! You DO NOT need to upgrade dongle in other situations. FTDI chip can be found in any electronic components shop. Also you can take FTDI chip from any other Unibox. If FTDI chip is damaged you have near zero chance to replace box by warranty because FTDI chip damage in most cases is a result of bad wires connection from box to phone, I don't think that reseller will replace box in this situation. Also FTDI chip price for sure much less than any delivery expenses (if you will try to send box back to reseller). | |

Member: 618615 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 85 | dear infinity team i bye new infinity by parsel i don,t use it becase it is allready dimage when i install infinity box by user menul the infinity box smart card is ok softwear is runing but pinfinder cannot detect infinity update is ok but pinfider update pinfinder not detect when i use moto f3 cable and moto fon f3 good but phone not detect the infinity box red light dos,not on only green light is on and rx light does not blink only off tx pin blink i dont find ftdi ic in markeet if any adress in lahore city pakistan plz send |

I suggest you to try box with other phones and see results due to if you test with one phone only it may be problem with cable or problem with phone. Just make tests with other phones. |
