(move activation from one smart-card to another smart-card).
- If you see this errors at addon activation stage: you can activate your addon for
another Infinity-Box or you can contact to your reseller for refund.

Hello,

As you can see from text given by software - your Smart-Card can not be updated any more.

What to do:
1. If you have another Infinity-Box we can move your Support to you another box. Contact to [email protected] for this operation

OR

2. You can contact to [email protected] and discuss Replacement (its not free). In this case you should contact to your Reseller to get refund for "Support renew"

OR

3. Contact to your Reseller to get refund for "Support renew" and just use old Infinity software wth your existing box.

i have infinity best dongle(WORKING) it is possible to activate as infinity replacment AND THANKS TO REPLY

Hello,
It's not possible to move or activate main Infinity module on Nokia BEST or CDMA tool for now. Team is already working in this direction but we cannot tell you exact time.

No Problem i arranged a new or my Friend infinty main box and transfer my Activation and addons to that anway thanks to support for cop ration
its possible to transfer my old account on new /another card/box(infinity)
