help my infinity smart card not working


dear support im very old user of infinity box i had infinity box last 6 or 7 years ago working fine but now 3 day ago i activate cm2 2 year pack and working but 1 day ago my box given me usb not reg. error then i search all post and follow all ur suggetion and finaly open the box remove smart card and put him to another card reader lick i have gpg workshop dongle but same error so finaly i think my smart is card dead i read ur card replacement scheme so provide me ur e mail or contact number.

Hello,

1. Try to clean smart-card contacts
2. Try to insert card into another card-reader (if you have another one than gpg)
3. Try to heat card with hot air gun - very gently !

If nothing helps contact via e-mail to: card [at] infinity-box.com
