help, my infinity wont format - GSM-Forum

i just bought a new infinity box a few days ado, i did install the main software and the driver, but when i try to format a phone, like chiness miracle phone, it would not format. the box can read phone info , it can read eeprom and also can read full flash, but it cant format the phone. here the log

Model: Autodetect 6205-6227 NOR

Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press and HOLD Power button now !

what could be the problem and how to fix it?

what could be the problem and how to fix it?

well maybe u phone not support now, u can read full flash n eeprom then send it to support, i think support can give u answer for u problem

Hello,

use another format method, f.e. use "complete" format instead of
"safe". Some phones with seriously damaged eeprom can not be formatted
in "safe" mode.

Also, please, DO NOT waste your and our time trying to write messages in forum and send e-mail to support.
If you will ask only one question thousand times you will get only one (the same) answer.
So let's respect each other and let's save your and our time !
