I Don't Know What Is Your Pin Type, So Try This Pinout,

Rx:8 @ Tx:6 @ Gnd:7
Rx:5 @ Tx:6 @ Gnd:1
Rx:6 @ Tx:5 @ Gnd:

Sorry, I did not understand the problem well: is it pinout detection problem or required cable/connector is absent ?
