help needed for revive BenQsiemens C30 dead after flash - GSM-Forum

hello infinity team
I have 2 benQsiemens C30 MTK 6225 base chip afterflash using flashfile from support now phone dead,
already try with both file from support no luck???
this my firmware version:
ver. sw 1: CKT25_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.MARCH_BENQ_L3EN_21 0_071102_LY3_SIV100_SA75_CTF_FM.BIN
ver. sw 2: MARCH_BENQ_L3EN_210_071102_LY3_SIV100_SA75_CTF_FM, B865CAC9
and already send to infinitysupport
please attach good file to support....thanx

phone come from customer in freeze benQ logo
try formating not solved problem...

i think exactly same firmware musat be found in order to reapir your faulty phones.
can you find it on your local market?

I Have already backup before phone was flashing,can this file solved

if you restore backup phone is back to freezing on logo?

phone come in freezing logo then try format:complete,phone was oke 2day and then back again so I decide to flash it then phone died,so I think this backup is ok,perhap you can add to support thanx you.........
