Hello,
At the beginning of the thread, I mentioned that I unlocked 15 pieces of these Vodafone 541: 11(eleven) of them were very successful. The rest 4 pieces got the following problems:
When I power on the phones, they will start normally. But when I try to make emergency calls, they will shut down for some short time, about 10 seconds and will power on again and back to menu display, this occurs when no SIMCARD is inserted.
When I power on the handsets and put in any Simcard, the sets will power off and on showing only white displays.
Out these 4,I tried to flash 2 and both are"DEAD" now, remaining the other 2.
Please,your help is needed.
Thanks.

It's for sure hardware problem.
Please, read more here: Can not make a call - Infinity-Box

As about phones that can not power-on at all.
It may be hardware problem too, due to I can not imagine what may be wrong with this type of phone (especially after you have tried to flash it with "simfree" firmware that I told you, this firmware was tested with many different phones and it was found no problems).
As I can see from operation log, software can not read from your "dead" phones "TCL-ID" identification (special area with software version etc). This problem reason may be a damaged (partially) flash chip or bad soldered flash chip, so I suggest you to open phone, rehot/reball flash chip and try to flash it again.

HI,
Thanks for your efforts.
Please, may I know the meaning of "TCL-ID" absent?
I just wonder why 4 pieces out of just 15 handys could be with hardware problems!
By the way, I will keep on following your recommendation.
I hope to notify you of any developments.
Meanwhile, I have performed Phone detailed Information procedure and found out that both damaged and working handys have TCL-ID absent in them.
Best Regards.

Please,Dear Forum Members,
Can anyone give me a clue or a diagram of where the flashchip of Vodafone 541 is located?
Best Regards.

Part of flash chip with phone identification data can not be read (or written).

Nobody know how it may happened.
But I am completely sure that unlock attempt can not affect to network signal level, so if your phone can not make 112/emergency call - you have to repair hardware.

I can tell something about this only after I'll see your phone flash chip content (that was read not days ago, but after last flash write attempt).

Arrow PLease Look at this Brand New Vodafone541 Information Log and comment on "TCL-ID"

Dear Infinity TEam,
I have just bought 2 Brand New Vodafone 541.
Both are functioning okay and I have not tried to either unlock or flash both.
I have just performed" READ DETAILED INFORMATION" procedure and discovered that "TCL-ID absent" is inside this Log.
A similar operational LOG is found with the "DAMAGED" Phones.
What I do not understand is that why should "TCL-ID" be absent when the Set is functioning good?
Please,I need your comments on this issue.
Find below is the "Information Operational" Log:

Dear Mr YellowBoss,
I warmed up the flashchip and tried to flash again, but still, the problems exist. I am continuosly searching for solutions. Whatever I finally achieve,I will notify you.
Meanwhile, why does "TCL.ABSENT" continue to show in both functioning and damaged phones?
Best Regards.

Hello,

We will remove text "TCL absent" in new MModule software release to avoid user's misunderstanding.
Please, check other threads and you will see, that any 708/541 phone can be 100% repaired with Infinity-Box (in case of working hardware).

HELLO MR YELLOWBOSS,
Finally I have been able to revive the 4 Handsets and got them working without problems. The problems were more of software than hardware.
I flashed the 4 with an unbranded simlock-free flashfile with another tool and all 4 could and now function alright.
I just keep wondering and asking myself why 4 out of the 15 handsets(all 15 handsets with the same firmware) could pose such problems!
Thank you very much for the help you rendered me and I think you can now close this thread, unless you need ,maybe, another information from me.
Once again,thank you very much.
