Help!!!. Pantech Pg-6100 dead - GSM-Forum

I have Pantech PG-6100. Phone have restart problem. I do reset setting but still same problem. Then I flash with firmware from support area, Middle procces suddenly errorr writing at 10800. Plz Help me Infinity support!.

Hi,

if flash write error at middle of process it can be phone hardware fault, check phone hardware.

Dear,
I have same problem also,Before my phone was good just when I try 2 read eefrom then automatically write prosses and phone go up 2 dead mode
Still phone is dead and Its can not flash prosses,write error.
So Is my phone HDR probs?

Before i do process with infinity, I made backup eep and full flash. I do analyze and make file *.bin. How i flash with my backup file to my phone. If i must sent file my backup, Where file i must sent to infininity support. Plz i need file from my backup procces. Phone state from Indonesia.

try to restore eeprom backup and see results but I suggest you to check phone hardware.

Hello Sir.
My Pantech Now alive Again.
I BRing To service center pantech. Wait half an hour and Phone back To Live.
I ask customer service what's wrong with a phone, He said just software, And software i flash not recognize from original.
I think U must help another some case with me to repair Bug software.
I'll Wait for solution. And If U need backup form full software and eep i will sent, But where i must sent backup.
