help: pinfinder cannot detect RX TX - GSM-Forum

Hello Infinity team, I want to ask why my pinfinder cannot detect RX TX anymore. My Infinity box and pinfinder were up to date. I just noticed after I formatting my laptop, my pinfinder can't detect unit so I always go back to using my rj 45 cable and search for RX TX and Ground again. Please guide me. Thanks.

connecy cable power suply correctly and find pinout press and hold pw button
select correct cable

hello!

5pin phones very rare keep tx/rx in system connector.
maybe this unit keep them on PCB as test points or in handsfree jack

Yes sir, i understand but i took the screen shot after I failed to trace the pinout so everything will be reset like for example the power on turns to off. Anyway, big thanks for taking some time to answer my problem. Regards.
