help plz Infinity-Box support team to my newly cm2 dongle i brought first i tried to update using "DongleManager" in the middle of the update my anti virus treat it as virus and eat it of my anti virus in the middle of update.. and i download new DongleManager software after that my cm2 dongle now its not detected i think the dongle software is corrupt now..

what should i do? u have a software to repair the prog. of the dongle to detect agian in pc? i tried now to another pc and laptop but nothing happens i suspected that the dongle broken in the middle of the update tru the server

Hope u can help me to my problem,

First disable antivirus or add in scan exclusive list cm2 dongle folder then try to update u r dongle if necessary. If possible & u have time to please read before dongle update in sticky thread.

i already do that simple tricks sir, the status of my cm2 dongle is rare its not detecting now after i upgrade it in "DongleManager" in server that my anti virus forcely close the dongle manager software in the middle of updates and then open "DongleManager" again my cm2 not detect anymore ...

what should i do? can i repair the software of dongle? or warranty in my supplier? this is newly bought in supplier..
