Use QLM Module,,open mble find Test points then connect with QLM module,,if any error plz post Logs

I'm trying to reset mi accout redmi 3s prime (2016032) it's give this error
ERROR : Loader send failed!
HINT : Check cable, connection and drivers!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

Its not driver or cable problem other remdi phone unlock well giving error only this phone
Plz give me any solution
