i have cert u90 i try userlock reset,format not working and i try also flashing but still showing phonelock,this phone have cpu 6225?

Try to flash with similar firmware from support site. and rebuild IMEI.
Hope this will solve your problem.

start from formating FFS complete and if code will not gone- try default codes 1122 etc

Simply try "TouchScreen Caliberation" form Infinity by selecting different modes. Hopefully one of the mode will solve your problem.

i would start from phone menu.
might be you need to calibrate it with pen

restore backup created automaticly duering Format FFS.
check if in original state Touchscreen was working
