now nt have possibility to use usb for unlock . only serial com port work. usb port not appear on com port to unlock sagem as prolific cable

What was happened that box stop to work ? It is need to know history to give you an advice.

THis box work fine one day before. then next day I connect to computer and then cant access to usb.

What devices is present and what devices is absent ?

Hello,

You have 2 ways:
1. open box and check that FT232 chip inside box is not damaged (replace it if need)
2. you can use any other cables with Infinity-Box software
