Help for SP Unlock Urgently - GSM-Forum

Dear Infinity team...

Here it came to me the phone called HT-Mobile A30 and it is in a normal condition. I just want to do an SP-Unlock action. But, when I read detil, the software shows error (shown in the pic bellow)

And I have uploaded its readed firmwares (EEProm and Full read) here.

Code:

K220MLT.7z

The full name is K220MLT_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.M_RK2242803_M28102_V 1_3_0_0M0814.bin

I have to face the customer on next 7 hours, so, if the other solution is exist, please tell me....

hi sir it whit cpf box to finder cable but i run program whit infinity.sure these cable or coneksi no problem,it problem infi v 314 modul not suport to sp unlock ht-a30

these problem phone not work to use any sim card but these phone building xl simcard,i think sp unlock these fitur infinity work in ht-a30,thk sir

ht a30 whit double simcard and one sim protect whit pro-xl provider,and iam sp unlock whit infinity modul 3.14 not solved still lock in one sim,i hope you know with my problem

on other sim which is not working , can you tell me Exact text which you read on your mobile screen about that sim ?
or its better if you post screen shot of your mobile with that text
its better to understand
