hello need help my ast,mtk,rda,rkt.spd not opening there is no foult bin in the folder need help

but qlm,scr,lg,sm working... anyone help me

What is your dongle serial number?
Did you see any error when you try to open modules?
Does your pc have any usb sharing/debug/sniffer etc installed?

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "snoopy flashtool" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates

Wait for team confirmation about update after you got

- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware
