I have no idea what with it, but for start - after BB fix - power on phone fully, wait untill it fully boot and then repeat procedure.

There is no "bugs" in repair BB. If after repair BB there is still NO BASEBAND - that mean you need seek correct FW.
About IMEI repair - no have idea.

u need full factory fw. or nv from working mobile. i have 2 qmobiles with same error but after writing nv it was fixed
