You're wrong, the correct MCC/MNC is 70403 (Movistar Guatemala) because the one you provided belongs to Claro Guatemala. You can check it out here: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/MCC/MNC

1. make full flash backup
2. try to flash phone with this firmware:
Bird-S230a_S230_DOMINICAN_PCB01_GPRS_MT6223P_S00.V1_00_ 01_M090717DOM850-V38_En_Fr_Es_Pt.B0M.bin
3. make "sp-unlock"
What is the results ?
