helppppp


please help activating my cm2 dongle.. how many days i tried but still no luck

cm2 apps tried to open


trying to activate in dongle manager.
im using w7 64 bit. driver is all good in my device manager.
but smart card firmware need 120 i have only 118. please helppp

What is your dongle serial number and support expiry date? Check your support period- https://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17
If your support period is active just Download latest Dongle Manager and update your dongle.
If your support period has expired you need to renew support first.

my dongle bro is new, i bought since september 2016 and just trying to activate lastweek but no luck until now.. here is my screenshot of my dongle.

Can't see any picture/screenshot.
Disable your Antivirus and/or Firewall and try to upgrade your dongle with latest Dongle Manager.
IF any problem post upgrade log here from Dongle Manager.
