dear,
i try to unlock motorola w377 using infinity box , but comming error msg

COM2 [Serial0] selected
Loading data, wait...
Device: Motorola-W377
Action: unlock
Press Power button now !
rom version: 0411
Connecting...
booting...
finalizing...
working, one more step...
repeat connection request...
repeat connection request...
error: incorrect boot answer-1:
Remove/Install battery now !

what is the problem pl help me

i already changed comport and cable two time / changed battery but same problem pl help me

Hello,

Try to use hig-speed unibox based on FT232 chip.

you mean can't unlock this moddle using comport cable .

Hello,

Yes, do not use COM port cable, use unibox RJ45 cable.
