It is simple phone on MT6572, there is nothing extra-special.
You have selected " Skip HW verify " , and just kill phone, seems.
Now play with battery and Volume keys.
Try hold both, insert USB cable, insert battery and press PowerOn. Find correct FW or flash backup FW.

Thanks For Reply Sir But That Firmware Has Tested Many Times That's Why I Skipped HW Check May Be There Some Hardware Fault In Mobile I Just Shared For Knowledge Purpose ONLY Tried All Ways but Invein And Finally Send To Care Center For warranty Replacement

Now select "tested" fw preloade file on "Init Preloader" feature and give me it log. No need even connect phone.
Then select "backup FW", which you made from this phone before flash it.

now you need to use tp to repair perloader

qmobile A290 new model coming with new security which not working with old firmware will be good if you use and read new phone and write there backup on dead phones

Open it then and find KCOLO pin, short to GND, connectmobile, repair it preloader.

Yesterday have same problem dead after flash with same version file which was on set before flashing but set dead after flash and not connet PC.After TP write readed file and set is alive now.
