the problem is that the SW can't feel the phone ...how can i show you log ...please if you want i can give you detail of teamviwer ....

Install emergency driver. Then Sw will feel it.

Drivers on support area.
Anyway - did you try connect device by holding both volume keys?
Does it connect? In device manager appears any new device?
