I think I know the fault reason.

Advice:
1. open file C:\Users\Admin\Downloads\Compressed\DongleManager\ DongleManager.login any text editor
2. Read again text that you have seen during FIRST Card update attempt

As I can see there is a problem with your Smart-Card Keys.

You can try to update your Card firmware once again now, but I think it will be no luck.
