How to access to support area with best dongle ???

Hi infinity team ,
i actived Infinity-Box/Dongle software activation for Infinity [BEST], Chinese Miracle-2 and 1 year support included in my Infinity [BEST] dongle ,

Activation completed OK.

But How to enter to support Area ???

it's test verion ,but i actived to use infinity box software and CM2 last versions and one year support.

the problem is how to access to infinity support with Best dongle actived ????
