i want to flash BIRD V10 and i can't connect with box . my cable is ok and mobile can't power on .....can any buddy tell me here that how can i flash BIRD V10 with infinity Please EXPLAN step by step

hello!

if you 100% sure that cable is ok then this must be hardware or battery problem.
please measure battery voltage ad make sure it is more than 3,7v
if not charge it and try again

check this two pictures and tell me is that any mistake and thanks for yours reply mobile's hardware 100% ok mobile bettery 3.7 v (bettery ok) just see that pictures and tell me if any mistake . on 2nd picture when i press button for flash what i am doing see it.

and one of my Freind asked me that for flashing of bird mobile you must be active yours software is it true or worng ( need to active or not need for special process for active this software )

for flashing bird phones no any special activation required.
cable picture is not quite clear for me, but from a top of my head- please try to switch places for tx and rx wires. maybe this will help

Dear Friend,

Here is information for "Docmentation" folder, Bird-S1180C_S1120_V09_V10_important_information.txt file
==========================================
Here is the steps to start Infinity-Box Bird S1180C, S1120, V09, V10 software:

==> 1. Check S1180_InfinityBox_Pinout.txt file and build cable.

==> 2. Check S1180C_HW_Identification.txt file to see the hardware difference.
==> 3. check S1180C_HW_Identification.jpg and S1180C_LCD_Type.jpg

==> 4. Check S1180C_FlashMode.jpg. You will see the buttons that have to be pressed for flashing process start.

IMPORTANT !!!
To avoid phone damage, please, check software version first before flashing.
If your phone has new/unknown firmware, please, make BACKUP first (Read flash) and send to us.
This helps you to be sure that phone will be alive in any case.

===== How to check SW version:
1. Power On phone
2. Press "*" once
3. Press side arrow down 3 (three) times
4. Press side arrow up 3 (three) times

===== Reset phone default settings/repair bugs:
1. Load FFS_Repair file
2. Flash FFS area only

just tell me that my mobile is powered on ( dead ) so how can i connect with my infinity ........ !!

these all info use after when box detect BIRD V10 ... i can't detect V10 with BOX.... mobile's hardware fine , my cable is fine ..... just tell me why BOX not detecting phone ?

If u think so then why not u bring your box to your reseller.He will sure tell u where is the problem.

Dear Faisal,

I already told you several days ago via ICQ:
if Bird V10 can't power-on it can be hardware problem. Also it can be that flash chip completely erased during wrong flashing (boot area erased/damaged) and in this case it's not possible to repair phone via cable !
Only need to desolder flash chip and use external flash programmer !

It's need to know detailed phone history to give you an advice what to do.

unlock
flash
all you need can do

in case that wrong software,may be repaired so try to flash it

but if your phone cant detact or no response with box no solution for

it using infinty or any tool
