i have useing MModule2.25

go to servis menu and then write imei there use method 2 and click on write button
plugin the cable and power on the phone... it will not take too long to finish the process if you are doing every thing rite

firs connect the phone. phone must be on. then go to service. then change imei. it will take 40sec to 1 minute.
