How to Change Registered Email in Infinity Box - GSM-Forum

Good day Infinity support...

My question is, how to change registered email and other details from infinity box? for example we purchase that box in another technician/person and dont remember any details..

we consider this as second hand box...

Hello,

1. run Infinity-Box DongleManager: http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...gleManager.rar
2. select "Infinity-Box" or "BEST Tool" or "CDMA Tool" (depends on your Box/Dongle type)
3. read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)
4. send problem description and full text with Box/Dongle details to [email protected]

Please, do not send screenshot/pictures, just copy/paste text from DongleManager window to your message !

You are wrong, I do not see any mail from man with name shoaibrao
so you must check where you have sent your e-mail and from what e-mail address you have sent your e-mail.

now email received and everything done. in future please always use correct e-mail address.
