How to enter unlock code for lg k428 k10 - GSM-Forum

Please respected technicians and engineers I have an lg k428 k10 with network locked I have been trying the 2495#*428# and 2495#*71001# to bring the secret menu but no respond from the phone .
Please anybody that know how to enter the network unlock code should please help me out, it is very urgent because I don't want the situation whereby I will buy code and not be able to enter it into the phone. Thanks

Try to reflash the phone by a stock rom Maybe it's an a programming problem

tmobile and metropcs models dont use unlock code. they use device unlock app. different kind of unlock method. can only be done by server.

I have tried the device unlock app on the phone but unlock failed. Please which server are you referring to, is it the tmobile server or what?
