How to fix: Dongle is blocked


Dear Friends,

Problem: Dongle misconfiguration or Dongle is Blocked.
Reason: It may be a result of software (or drivers) conflicts or other similar issue.

How to solve:

- Run DongleManager
- Read S/N (Serial Number)
- You will see a diagnostic message and Diagnostic Code

Diagnostic Code #57:
1. Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future
2. Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor
3. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
4. Send an e-mail to dongle [at] infinity-box.com with the next information:
4.1. Confirm that 1. and 2. done
4.2. Include in your e-mail your Box/Dongle info
4.3. Attach to your e-mail fault.bin file (if you have it in folder with software).


Diagnostic Code #62:
1. Check and clean your PC for viruses
2. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
3. Send an e-mail to dongle [at] infinity-box.com with the next information:
3.1. Confirm that 1. done
3.2. Include in your e-mail your Box/Dongle info
3.3. Attach to your e-mail fault.bin file (if you have it in folder with software).


Other Diagnostic Code:
1. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
2. Send an e-mail to dongle [at] infinity-box.com with the next information:
2.1. Include in your e-mail your Box/Dongle info
2.2. Attach to your e-mail fault.bin file (if you have it in folder with software).


- DO NOT send us screenshots but only text with explanation and Box/Dongle details are required !

- DO NOT update Box/Dongle with DongleManager without supporter confirmation otherwise Box/Dongle may be locked for a long time after 3 wrong tries to avoid Smart-Card damage !

This strange way to use the new update InfinityBox_install_CM2MTK_v1.34
I had to use the previous versions working well CM2MTK_v1.32

This is the info from my dongle

activation date 2015-10-09 07:46:01

Unhappy Please dongle second locked‏

hi friends do not understand what happens. Today I could update my dongle and could open the new module CM2MTK_v1.34, but was only for a few minutes they returned to block my dongle
I use win7 32bit antivirus esenod and was only connected dongle q help me beg

Download new setup CM2MTK v1.34 from support area again and install it, which was reuploaded. New exe has some fixes.
