Yes, some samsung eMMC's is buggy well. But most of MTK's eMMC die due much badblock count. In some moment eMMC controller decide it time to stop and set PERM_WRITE_PROTECT flag to avoid of data lost. Reset will bring it back. For month, maybe two. And it will die again. Maybe, will be enough 5 minutes. | |

Member: 231728 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2,102 | For Samsung emmc chip Can be recovered in jtag box with ISP direct connection (only if you need long life you must write internal emmc firmware ) but for other brands emmc chip like (hynix ,Toshiba ,kingston, ....) Its only replace chip |
