ZTE blade A506 owner's google account doesn't recognize after fabric reset - GSM-Forum

The phone is a new one and bought it from a shop. Customer added a google account and some apps. Because he didn't like it how it works, I reset it.. After fabric reset , I setup wifi, and when I add last google account, I receive the message:

"Please sign in using one of the owner's accounts for this device."

It means that google recognize the user and password, but not the owner. It is a bug software or what?
In google account I see the message:
"Your account *@gmail.com was used to connect to ZTE BLADE A506. If you don't recognize...".I clicked ok...I am ...
but the results are the same.

How to solve this situation?I have best dongle. Is any software to add in for FRP reset?

Activate CM2 ON YOUR BEST OR BUY CM2 DONGLE Use FRP RESET Button Found in CM2 SOFTWARES.
