How To Flash Dead C117


Hello infinity support.

Does infinity support flashing Motorola C117,if so what flash files to use?

I have one dead C117 which i want to flash.

Please advise.

Yes , infinity box supports Motorola C117.
C115 - C116 - C117 have the same flash files

Also, if your C117 is really dead (boot code erased and phone can't be flashed ordinary way) you can use Infinity RepairModule to repair it.

I'm trying to flash the phone but i get this error:

Write: Firmware
Write: Flex
Write: Language Pack
Device: C115/C116
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and Hold Power button...
Err: B03: 1BF60200520153
Connect Fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 14 sec

What do you think is the problem?

Hi,

I think it's need to make some changes in com port configuration.
Pls, check "Documentation" folder. You will see description and picture.

What is the history of this phone ?
Why phone become dead when you have got it ?
Are you sure that it's not HW problem ?

Apparently i have more C117.Some are very okay.

I have tried to flash a good working phone but still it refuses to flash but gives me the same error as above.

I have done all the COM settings properly.

Hi,

Could you try to flash phone with other cable (f.e. ordinary COM-port cable) ?

Experienced same problem with C117, already followed intructions in documentation and also tried different fbus cable. I'm using Moto01 v1.06
already.

Write: Firmware
