Need help with my Micromax Q75.

Need to change the six (6) shortcut icons that appear underneath the time frame.

Currently, they are:

Facebook - Messages - Youtube - Twitter - Google Talk - WiFi

Want to change them to:

Messages - Inbox Email - Opera Mini - Skype - Bluetooth (ON/OFF)- WiFi

I really hope this can be done because im sick tired of searching the menus for the things i use more.
And to be able to update predefined programs. (cant update Opera Mini from 4.0)

Also, i would like to know what programs ill need in order to do that and the links to them.

The cellphone uses a standard micro USB connection:
