hello sir..........can u help me
i have problem with moto E365.the phone can make sms (try later)
i used cable type E365 always not connect
do u have solution ????

Hello,

You can't flash E365 with Infinity-Box.
Try to make "reset", enter code: **0102#

yes sir,but the problem doesnt solved.now the always restart ......

i dont know why after enter code the phone like that

using infinitybox And use dmtool to flash..
