Problem with Motofone F3

After use button Format FFS in phone no ringtones, only voice help. Flashing not help. Phone work OK, but without rings.

can you explain more please, i have 200 pcs without ringtones ... thank's infinity team for FFS FORMAT button its just to delete fs ...

hm... tested with 3 phones, after all steps rings played

1 format ffs
2 full flash ( main and lng)
3 remove battery
4 power on
5 choice lng ( french for me )
6 allow to voice
7 power off
8 power on
9 no ringtone but voice is ok in menu.

ive searched how to slove ringtones probleme after "FFS FORMAT" and after many solution i found this one:

1: FFS format
2: Flash with this versions
Moto-F3_Main_R3T621_G_15.18.12R.A8M

and

Moto-F3_LP_Flex_R3T621_G_15.18.12R_GSDTNGO000HG00165034 _En_Ar.A8P

3: power on with sim card choice lang 1 ( per ex ) set houre ect ...
4: do reset by ***000* and confime with up arrow ( just upside call button )
5: POWER OFF with button, don't remove battery
6: power on and magic, ringtones work.


now your phone work but if you don't want this language pack you can reflash your phone with any version you want ( firmware and language ) but NEVER USE FFS FORMAT...
