how to get user name and password for Infinity Online Service (IOS)

hi , i recently activated cm2 , but i didn`t recived any things related to support login from reseller should i , ask for that ,or bay an account ...?

What is your Dongle serial number?
For login to IOS just read your login details with latest Dongle Manager- https://www.infinity-box.com/support.php#7
From IOS you can login to support server for downloading firmwares, etc.
