infinity box product supporters help me

i have using infinity main box and i want to login online. for that i have run latest dongle manager and read the online username and password. when i am enter the username and password in infinity online login it give the message " invalid username and password". please give me solution.

if u want the username and password i will give you.

install infinity shell and open infinity shell go to support area tab . u can see login details

Read full dongle details with DongleManager and send a problem description to rd@@infinity-box.com

bro thank u. but my question is not login in support area. support area is working fine. few days ago infinity added the support of Blackberry online support. for that we have need online username and password. i have used latest dongle manager and read the online username and password and entered this into the online service but it give the message like "invalid username and password". please understand my problem and give me proper solution.

I am very glad to see that you able to login now.
To be honest we did not made any changes in your account, I think you have tried to enter wrong login/pass so it was a reason of the problem.
