Red face How many updates to upgrade?


I begin to become nervous with this!!!!!!!!!!

When your Box have 5 years old
And was used no problem in 2011

How many update you have to buy to upgrade your box to 1.20?

Hello!

For boxes with inactive (expired) support, box's version 1.18 is LATEST available.
you can read about this here:
Infinity-Box Technical Support • View topic - How to fix "You should extend your support period"
Only those users who extended their support period can get ver 1.20
and use latest updates.
But if you dont wish to extend support period,
then with box ver.1.18 you can use Mmodule up to version 4.14 and other older programs.
Also, main support area will allow to download 1 file per day

hello!

i hardly understand what you mean, but will try to answer:

Purchasing additional activations does not affect to support period.
For example, if you bought Best Tool activation or SPT- this will not extend main infinity support period. Those tool have own, separate, unlimited support. It doesn't spread to main infinity box or does not cover it in any way

I bought support activation for 1 year.It's not additional activation.

Here is the product description by reseller:

Support activation for Infinity-Box for 1 year allows you to get access to Support page that allows to download flash and other neccessary files for your Box as also use new software version within 1 year from activation. New updates/support policy is related to Main Infinity-Box owners only, other Infinity-Box users will remain on old update/support policy.
Period of access: 12 months from date of activation
Requiment: Infinity Box

Information:
Updates/support period starts from the date of initial registration procedure (first smart-card upgrade).

User can see actual Account Expiration Date in Online Service or in Support/Download area.

Red face There are two!

To upgrade your box to last firmware there are two updates!!!!!!!!!!!!

-support download update

and

-infinity credits for firmware upgrade.

Why support don't want to be clear on it???????????
